Arshdeep Singh had a great time in the fourth T20I against West Indies on Saturday, August 12 in Florida. He was the best bowler for India. He took 3 wickets for 38 runs in four overs. He slowed down the West Indies team’s scoring throughout the match. Because of how well he played, the West Indies team scored 178/8 in 20 overs, and India won the game easily by nine wickets.
Arshdeep did really well in the fourth T20I, bouncing back after struggling in the third T20I where he gave away 33 runs in three overs. Arshdeep shared that he felt some pressure to do well because his family, including his father Darshan Singh and older brother Akashdeep Singh, were watching him from the stands during the match against West Indies.
Arshdeep Singh on playing infront of family

“I read the conditions quickly and realised that it is pretty flat. I bowled slower ones on my hard length. It was pre-planned. Father is in Canada to play some tournament. So he tagged along with my brother and came to USA to watch me play. There was a bit of extra support. There was pressure also to perform well in front of them,” Arshdeep said.
