MS Dhoni, the former India captain, has landed in trouble after an FIR was filed against him and seven others in Begusarai, Bihar, on Monday. New Global Produce India Limited bounced a check, prompting the filing of an FIR. SK Enterprises filed the FIR in Begusarai’s CJM’s court.
Dhoni was a promoter of New Global Produce India Limited, so his name appears in the FIR. The case was sent to Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra on Monday after the court hearing. The case’s next hearing is scheduled for June 28.
FIR Registered Against MS Dhoni

Former India captain MS Dhoni is one of the country’s most well-known celebrities. Even though he is extremely popular, the Ranchi-born cricketer prefers to avoid the spotlight. But despite his best efforts to avoid controversy, Dhoni’s name has been mentioned in a few court cases.
The captain of the Chennai Super Kings is once again embroiled in a new controversy. The star cricketer, along with seven others, has been charged with criminal conspiracy by Bihar Police. Sections 406, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 138 of the NI Act were used to file the complaint.
According to reports, SK Enterprise filed an FIR in Bihar’s Begusarai district against New Global Produce India Limited after a cheque for Rs 30 lakh issued by them bounced.
As per the complaint, they sent a legal notice to New Global Produce India Ltd after the check bounced, requesting that they resolve the issue, but they ignored the notice, forcing them to file a formal complaint.
New Global Produce India Limited has placed an order for fertilizers worth Rs 30 lakhs with SK Enterprise. The product was delivered, but it was claimed that the dealer did not follow the provider’s instructions, leaving a large amount of product unsold. The company then returned the remaining fertilizer and gave the agency a cheque for Rs 30 lakh in exchange. The check was deposited in the bank, but it was returned unpaid.

The company was served with a legal notice, which went unanswered. Following that, SK Enterprises’ Neeraj Kumar Nirala filed an FIR against Dhoni – who had promoted the product in question – and seven others.
