The IPL 2022 is right around the corner and the excitement levels have skyrocketed among the fans and cricket lovers. Two new teams are on the block and IPL 2022 edition promises to be a fantastic contest between 10 teams in the 2 groups.
The auctions in February threw up interesting permutations and combinations of players for various teams. Various cricket experts have since analyzed the team compositions, key players, strengths, and weaknesses of the teams. One such discussion included the well-regarded Harsha Bhogle who was discussing the team strategies in an Instagram Live stream with Cricket Sportwalk.
During the live session, while answering a question, Harsha Bhogle collapsed and fell on the screen. It resulted in palpable concerns among the audience as well as the host. It was not clear if it was a health concern or whether it was a build-up to a prank. However, over the course of time, it was understood that the organizers were also not aware of what happened and everyone waited with bated breath to get an update on Harsha Bhogle’s health.

Various Twitter users voiced their worries and everyone prayed that this was nothing serious and just some prank that was being played. Noted cricket handles on Twitter such as Mufaddal Vohra later tweeted that Harsha Bhogle was doing well and he was fine.

Some time back, Harsha Bhogle himself tweeted that he was fine and thanked his followers and supporters for the concern and love. In a cryptic tweet, he did mention that his act was part of a different plan but it does not go as planned.

All we can hope is that a legend of Mr. Bhogle’s stature is safe and healthy from any untoward incident. His insights and commentary in cricket are loved and cherished by millions. With the IPL about to commence, millions will tune in to hear what Mr. Bhogle has to say about the game. It would be a delight to hear Mr. Bhogle back on the air.
