This September will see the restart of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. All of the teams would be eager to go back on the field and pick up where they left off. The lack of English players for the second round of the IPL 2021 would be a major concern for all teams. This is a major setback for numerous clubs, as several of them have a large number of key players from England.
In order to give the cricketers a vacation, England is set to rest their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 players for the Test series against New Zealand. A two-match Test series between New Zealand and England will begin on June 2 at Lord’s in London.
According to reports, England players that competed in the IPL 2021 before it was postponed would not be rushed into the Test series. After returning to the UK, Chris Woakes, Sam Curran, Moeen Ali, Jos Buttler, and Jonny Bairstow all played at least one game in the postponed IPL and are now need to undergo a 10-day isolation period.

Tim Southee
Tim Southee is a cricketer from New Zealand who has represented his country in all formats of the game. He is a hard-hitting lower-order batsman and a right-arm fast-medium bowler. While Tim Southee’s form in the shortest format of the game hasn’t been great, he is a seasoned veteran who can help MS Dhoni and his teammates. Southee has evolved into a true spearhead thanks to his careful precision and well-masked variations. He can bowl like Sam Curran with the new ball. With the bat, he can deliver some great shots.

Aaron Finch
Aaron Finch is a cricketer from Australia who is presently the captain of the Australian limited-overs team. Finch has played for a number of teams in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Finch is one of the best T20 players of all time, and his explosiveness is something KKR lacks at the top of the order. The Australian ODI and T20I skipper is also a capable spin bowler. This may turn out to be a blessing in disguise, as Finch is a fantastic captain.

Colin Munro
Colin Munro is a New Zealand international cricketer who plays limited-overs forms. He was born in South Africa. He is the first player in Twenty20 International history to score three centuries. Munro is a great fit for Punjab Kings as a substitute for Dawid Malan. He is a seasoned player who has been playing for a long time, just like England’s number three batsman in the shortest version of the game. Munro is one of the most explosive T20 players the world has ever seen, and on his best days, he can be incredibly lethal.

Sheldon Cottrell
Sheldon Cottrell is a Jamaican cricketer who represents the West Indies in international cricket. He is a right-handed batsman and a left-arm fast-medium bowler. He was purchased by the Kings XI Punjab in the 2020 IPL auction ahead of the Indian Premier League. Kings XI Punjab later released him before the 2021 Indian Premier League season. Cottrell might be an excellent fit for the Delhi Capitals in place of Tom Curran. Cottrell is a better-than-average bowler who can take wickets in the opening six overs of an innings.

Alex Hales
Alex Hales is a cricketer from England. He bats first and is a right-handed hitter. Hales is the first English batsman to make a century in a Twenty20 International. After going unsold in the 2018 IPL auction, it was confirmed on March 31, 2018, that Hales will join Sunrisers Hyderabad as a replacement for David Warner for the 2018 season. On April 29, 2018, Hales made his IPL debut against Rajasthan Royals, scoring 45 runs. In the 2021 IPL auction, Hales was unsold once more. Alex Hales might be the answer to SRH’s issues. Hales is not a member of the England squad and is therefore allowed to participate in the IPL. He’s a perfect substitute for Jason Roy at the top of the order, and he’s just as lethal.
