Having faced two significant injuries last year, fast bowler Deepak Chahar has announced his complete fitness and readiness to make a comeback in the IPL. Chahar is an indispensable part of the CSK team, possessing both lethal bowling skills and valuable experience. In the upcoming IPL 2023, Chahar could prove to be a crucial player for CSK.
3. Ruturaj Gaikwad
Ruturaj Gaikwad, a key player for CSK, is among the most promising players and possesses the capability of transforming the outcome of a game. As an aggressive batsman, Gaikwad has the potential to score runs rapidly. Furthermore, he has the required technique and mental fortitude to perform exceptionally well in the IPL.
4. Nishant Sindhu
Nishant Sindhu rose to prominence while playing for the Indian team in the U19 World Cup. In five matches, he amassed 140 runs and secured six wickets. Additionally, he, along with Shaik Rasheed, scored a half-century in the final match that led to India’s fifth title victory. Following a competitive bidding war with KKR, the franchise purchased Nishant for a price of 60 Lakhs.
5. Mukesh Choudhary
Undoubtedly, Mukesh Choudhary is the primary hope for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023 season. As is widely acknowledged, a medium-paced bowler can generate swing in both directions. Choudhary has already made a mark in his debut IPL season, and his proficiency in taking wickets with the new ball has made him the star performer of the team.
